We want to be upfront and transparent about how billing and refunds work at Jobbotly.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to Jobbotly are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, annual plans, and any one-time purchases. Once a payment is processed, we are unable to refund it — partially or fully — for any reason, including unused time, accidental purchases, or change of mind.
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.
When you cancel:
- You will continue to have full access to Jobbotly until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your account will automatically move to the free tier (if available) after the current period ends.
3. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or a charge after a successful cancellation), please contact us within 7 days at support@jobbotly.com with your transaction details. We will investigate and correct any genuine billing mistakes.
4. Try Before You Subscribe
We recommend exploring Jobbotly’s free features and reading reviews before upgrading to a paid plan, so you can make sure it’s the right fit for your job search.
