You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Jobbotly.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Jobbotly provides an AI assistant that helps you discover jobs, tailor resumes, generate outreach messages, and prepare for interviews. You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Submit false information or impersonate others.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

Outputs from our AI (resumes, messages, interview answers, etc.) are suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending or submitting it to employers.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be charged.

All payments are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

Jobbotly and all its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the personal content you submit, but grant us a license to process it to deliver the Service.

Jobbotly does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobbotly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
